Eduardo Escobedo has over 28 years experience in program, project and construction management. As an experienced professional and contractor he brings his technical expertise and successful project accomplishments to TEO. As a proven program/project manager his knowledge of K-12, Community College, Library, Healthcare, and Multi-story Office facilities leads to successful outcomes from the programming phase through the project occupancy phase of his clients’ projects. Further, his experience in managing operations and maintenance of public facilities has given him insight to the clients’ operational needs to recommend state of the art energy efficient equipment and fixtures.
